Refund policy

We have a same-day return policy, which means you have 6hrs after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it , and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.greenkitchen305@gmail.com or call us 786 848 8593 . If your return is accepted, we’ll send one of our drivers to pick up the order .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it  

 

Delivery

 We deliver every Sunday , the deadline to place an order is Friday midnight. If we receive your order after the deadline is not guarantee to be delivered the same week , you can leave it for the next week or you can cancel 

Someone needs to be at home to receive the order. Meals need to be refrigerated all the time . Make sure your address is correct , missing information like apartment number or gate code may cause your orden being canceled in case we can’t complete the delivery.

We need a phone number to contact you in case we don’t find your address or no body is at home , please be available to take our call or answer a text message from our delivery driver.

First delivery attempt is free , Second delivery attempt is $20
